I never claimed that KFW is to blame. Just that I would have appreciated if an email had arrived shortly before the deadline. That would have been good customer service. The workshop also reminds you of an inspection appointment, the tax office of the missing tax assessment notice. Anyway, I am interested in constructive suggestions and not further accusations.

They all want something from you. To make money from your service or collect taxes. Conversely, you want something from the KfW - your application is completely irrelevant to them.

the confirmation for the extension of the deadline just arrived:

Whether we have extended your deadline by 24 or 36 months depends on the applicable guideline at the time. That means: when your original application for the grant was received by us:

[*]Application received by 31.12.2021 à your deadline was extended by 24 months.
[*]Application received from 01.01.2022 à your deadline was extended by 36 months

Please add the number of months! This is your new submission deadline, which we hereby confirm bindingly.

The processing took 11 weeks. So you have to be a bit patient.

Unfortunately nothing. No matter who we contacted, it was always said that after the deadline expired, no extension was possible.

If the deadline had already passed, then that is obviously completely logical – isn't it?
