Good morning

Attached is the current status and also the basis for the structural engineer and building notification.

I will add something later.

Good morning

From the preliminary draft to the status for the building notification, there have been some changes in the garage area. The garage has now shrunk to 9 m but has grown up to the property boundary.
I did not see any possibilities to mirror the floor plan because border building would then not be possible and the street only extends 6 m to the property.

The foundation slab will be a Jakodur Atlas with 16 + 8 cm insulation over the surface and 12 cm formwork.
Parts of the ventilation, vacuum system, and underfloor heating are integrated into the concrete of the foundation slab.
The surface of the foundation slab will then be ground and polished and will serve as the finished floor.
The wall composition from inside to outside: GK, OSB, 6 cm installation level, foil, OSB, KVH 24 cm, 6 cm wood fiber insulation board, substructure, and curtain facade.

For the facade, I tend to use Rockpanel and contrary to the suggestion of the field service representative, I will probably glue instead of screw.

The roof construction from inside to outside: GK, 6 cm installation level, foil, OSB, KVH 30 cm, wood fiber insulation board, air layer, boarding, bitumen membranes, external greening.

The planned costs from purchasing the land to moving in are estimated at 335 k€.

Morning Morning

So that this doesn’t end up like so often in nothing, here are a few pictures up to today's status.

Hello again

A few words about the pictures

Here you can see the construction of the substructure of the floor slab
1 m excavation filled with filling sand and compacted in layers
then a separating layer and 30 cm Weserkies 16 - 32 mm
another separating layer and then 5 cm gravel

A semi-trailer full of perimeter insulation.......all for me

Insulation and formwork elements laid.
In the second insulation layer then the supply air ducts
A foil to prevent the penetration of concrete
then the underfloor heating, reinforcing steel and concrete

The concrete floor after a few days of grinding with a 2-disc grinder and diamond tool
The surface is still rough, I have to do it again, but I don't know exactly how yet

The stud frame is up
to illustrate the dimensions;
under the scaffold visible in the window openings I (187 cm) can comfortably walk through.
