Impact sound insulation is neither possible nor necessary with this type of floor slab/floor structure, unlike with floating screed.

Next time, however, I would decouple the garage from the residential building.

12 mm gypsum board
80 mm insulated installation space
18 mm OSB
300 mm KVH and insulation
16 mm DWD board
60 mm ventilation gap
21 mm tongue and groove boarding
2 layers of root-resistant bitumen membrane

The slope is 5°
