So, here are a few pictures

The base slab will again be constructed with a Jakodur Atlas insulating formwork.
Insulation thicknesses at least 18 cm in the edge area, 30 cm in the surface, and 12 cm formwork.
The substructure is a sand slab, on top a separating layer, 30 cm gravel 16/32, separating layer, and chippings.
The garage will have a conventional strip foundation.

Hello
I still owe a few pictures.

Because of the final construction of the street and vacation, there was a 6-week break.

Strip foundation, formwork, and insulation for the garage as well as insulated formwork for the house and technology are now also finished.
Underfloor heating and reinforcement are also installed, and concrete is ordered for Friday morning.
Pictures of this will follow as well.

Hello again

I’ll write during the construction process about what we’re doing. I’ll also try to present the costs here.
The planned construction costs including land, connections, and ancillary costs are €320,000. At that time, the garage was still unheated.
My goal is to stay below €300,000
Construction is mostly done by ourselves. Earthworks, screed, and timber frame as well as possibly the windows will likely be subcontracted.

Land including purchase ancillary costs €40,000
Construction planning and application, KFW, energy saving ordinance €3,000
Earthworks including labor €11,500
XPS insulating formwork house €6,500
Foundation concrete and formwork garage €1,500
Underfloor heating, distributor and supply lines €1,500
Rainwater and wastewater pipes €800
XPS insulation garage
Reinforcing steel for garage and house slab
47.5 m3 concrete

I will try to update the list regularly.

What roof pitch do you have there on your shed roof? And how is the roof constructed? It looks like a very slight slope, which is roughly how I imagine it.
