Good morning

I was inspired by the idea brought in by kbt09.

What I like better now:
- the hallway feels a bit more spacious
- the garage is again next to the house
- the garden in the north is reduced

What I don't like so much yet is the area around the stove and access to the living room,
but I already have an idea for that.

What do you say?

It would be helpful if floor plans were always set in the same orientation .. and then also the position on the property.

To clarify again .. my north arrow is correct, right?

Then I find that you almost build over the entire south-southeast side. And, according to my understanding, on the right side of the plan (seen on my sketch) with your new construction there is about 7m left and towards the bottom of the plan there is little space for a garage driveway.

Can the buffer tank be placed that far from the pellet stove?

Morning

Yes, the distance buffer - oven is hydraulically no problem.

Yes, the presentation of the ideas is not so nice.
I will then still deal with some software.

Maybe also hire an architect ... because roof design, spans of room ceilings (you have almost 10x10m space in the living/dining area), routing of cables, etc. also need to be taken into account.

Moin Moin

There is contact with several architects from the current housing project. I am already in talks with one of the residents about the BV to get some support.

The span from the kitchen to the living room is just under 7 m. The same applies to the bedroom. That’s certainly quite a lot. I need to get some advice on that. In principle, I imagine working with high roof beams to install a lot of insulation.

The pipe routing is really good with this variant. Water pipes in the bathrooms: very short distances in the installation level, no circulation Water pipes in the utility room: in the Bo Pla, no circulation Water pipes in the kitchen: in the Bo Pla with circulation, controlled by a button / stairwell switch

Supply air in the floor slab with floor outlets in the living room at the peak corner, in the bedroom and guest room at the window. Exhaust air in the shaft under the ceiling on the wall by the front door bathroom - WC - utility room - kitchen.

I ordered the software you use. Let’s see how I get along with it.
