Some information on the current status.
The rough installation of heating, ventilation, plumbing, and vacuum cleaner are completed.
Currently, drywall work is underway.
And the front door is installed.

If I have seen correctly, the floor structure chosen here (underfloor heating in the form of concrete core activation) does not have a floating screed. Wouldn't there be problems with impact sound then? I always thought that laying a floating screed was practically mandatory ... ?

Impact noise within the living area is not an issue.
Only noise from the garage, e.g., from the trolley jack with metal wheels, is transmitted through the board.

Thank you for the feedback! From this, I can probably conclude that impact sound insulation - at least in the case of a bungalow - can often be omitted without major disadvantages. (?)

how is the roof construction? Is it a tongue and groove boarding over the OSB boards? And were you able to implement the slight desired roof pitch or did the flat roof guideline throw a wrench in the works?
