Yes exactly, the barn will be removed and eventually that will also become a building plot. But only a small house can be built there. I like your suggestion and it is neat. However, we are still desperately trying to get the garage or the carport directly attached to the house. So a covered path. But maybe we have to give up on that as well.

Nothing is certain yet. Right now, it’s first about densification. But that should actually work. Then it goes on to the concrete planning. How do you mean the garage rotated? And yes, the thing with the south terrace is a topic. The plot is slightly rotated… you can see that on the plot picture. I attached it again. Actually, all the houses in the area face southwest.

Development in the second row is often undesirable. Without a development plan or a larger section of the current surroundings, I would initially be skeptical. Of course, it can be different on site. Is densification explicitly desired? What does the building authority say?

So far, we have only spoken with the responsible lady from the municipality. She said it should actually be approved. In the end, however, the district office in Tübingen will decide.
If it is not approved, we also have the option to build on the plot where the barn currently stands. That should definitely work, since there is already something on it now.
