Explain the world to me! Why not mine from #5? You have already taken it over now anyway.. You can practice reversing, but at least then you both have options. Everyone has bad days sometimes! In my opinion, direct access is overrated: fresh air is healthy, even if it's only the few meters to the front door. You enjoy the property as such and not just from the inside ;)

I basically don't think it's bad, but I have trouble with the front door. Where do you go in?

I don't. For example, where the arrow is. You can also cover a meter in depth there... but this is just a spontaneous thought... I think the OP doesn't have a floor plan thread and therefore hasn't filled out a questionnaire

You must of course not forget that the plot is only 18 meters wide (so 28 x 18). As you drew it, the house would be max 8 meters. That is already very narrow. Possibly still like in the second picture.

EXACTLY! If you want it in more detail, then fill out the questionnaire, have a floor plan discussion, or write me your requirements by email. We'll come to an agreement ;)

.. also you should maybe memorize the dimensions more, when it comes to the sealing area. For my #5, one square is one meter. Anyone who knows me knows that I don't design wishful-thinking houses
