In our neighborhood, they are densifying like crazy right now. When we built, such little distance would have been unthinkable. So something must have changed there as well.

If the property with the barn is also family-owned, wouldn't it be possible to place the access road on the north side instead of the south side of this barn property? It would simplify everything significantly.

Since Mr. Palmer in TÜ would most prefer to expropriate owners of unused building plots, I cannot imagine that such a project would be rejected. Infill development, as in this case, is actually also sensible.

I took a closer look and gave it some more thought. Is that possible regarding fire protection and the driveway for the fire department etc.? They somehow have to get to the house and it could get pretty tight.

Or do you generally see it as difficult regarding fire protection and fire brigade deployment areas? I tried to read up on it here, but you really have to have studied it to understand it. Deployment areas such and such size ... But if that, then only like this and at least like that. ... Wow
