So we have now received the approval for densification, and according to the district office, there should currently be no problems with the construction. That makes me very happy, of course. Now it's time for further planning, and I have a question right away: Do you think I can reverse out and turn around here with the lower vehicle? The vehicle is 5.20 meters long, and the width of the yard (that is, from the lower boundary to the house wall) is currently planned to be 7 meters. Somehow it seems to me that it could fit :)

You want to seal almost your entire property? That is not only ugly, bleak, and an environmental sin, but also very expensive.

Whether it will turn out like that afterwards - no idea. I just lack the options. I have to designate 2 parking spaces and cannot reverse 70 meters. So I have to be able to turn around somewhere. I don't find it nice either …

was already a suggestion from , which I find better as a basic idea. Also more practical for turning around

Yes, I tried the suggestion again. Do you know how big the "yard" has to be? So that it gets approved or also so that you can get in easily? It is marked in red in the picture with the V2. Otherwise, there is also the V1 with the entrance at the top or bottom. Somehow also quite charming. But really not easy ... and it really wears you out :)

Yes, you are not entirely wrong there. If you want and have to turn around, it requires quite a bit of space. I was thinking more of something like this: Oops, forgot the window for the guest.
