I don’t understand why some people want the kitchen to be as close as possible to the garage / entrance door. Whether I carry the bags 5 meters more or less... Some people live on the 4th floor without an elevator, they have a bigger problem. This was also criticized in my floor plan back then, but I didn’t let myself be discouraged. I now walk the path 2-3 times a week with bags in hand and it’s no problem. And putting a kitchen in the north, far away from the living room or dining room, isn’t ideal either. Then instead of carrying shopping bags every few days, you’re carrying plates from A to B every day.

I would rather consider whether this partition to the "pantry" is necessary for the kitchen. In my opinion, I would prefer to use continuous cabinets here, pay a bit more for the kitchen, and store the canned goods etc. there. It surely looks nicer than such a tiny corner and offers just as much space.

Regards Michael

Was not referring primarily to the long way in my post, but to the narrow path, with a small door and three turns, where people are more likely to get in each other's way, etc.

First of all, thank you very much for the almost exclusively constructive criticism.
Something was apparently misunderstood or I formulated it incorrectly, namely that I will of course hand over my draft to an experienced planner at the end, who will then discuss and adjust one or the other poorly placed wall, door, etc. with me.
I expected suggestions and experiences from you here, and in my opinion I have already received quite a few from you, thanks again for that.

Regarding the points mentioned:

The knee wall will settle between 1.40 and 1.50 (the exact height will be decided by the final floor construction).
I have uploaded a cross-section of my builder for this (the upper floor will have a ceiling height of only 2.60, unlike what is visible in the picture).

The time mentioned for planning was rather used for brainstorming; I have not yet paid enough attention to details or have forgotten them (e.g. sink in the WC).

For the pantry, I will definitely consider switching to a "furniture variant."

I deliberately planned the door from the living area to the hallway this way, as it should stand open most of the time and only be closed in the evening to reduce noise.

I will probably have to accept that the shower under the stairs is not feasible, but hope dies last.
In that case, I would swap the shower with the toilet and do without the window in the WC (controlled residential ventilation is planned anyway).

I had not considered the doors and space for cabinets behind them, very good point.
I did not plan the sink in the kitchen under the window anyway.

I will also think about the "narrow" hallway and possibly plan the house a few centimeters wider.

The crucial point here is ... the shower and thus the bathroom on the ground floor do not work.

Since it is supposed to be a spiral staircase, the shower will have to start at about step 8 - 10 at the latest. I only have the standard section on hand now:

But with a closed concrete staircase, which would be necessary here, as well as the wall next to the toilet, the height for the shower at the starting area would be about 170 max.

Since the bathroom is also an important point, it is not enough to just correct a window or a door.

Apparently you want to create a complete living unit on the ground floor for old age. Then I would expand the space here and reduce the square meters upstairs accordingly. What speaks against sleeping downstairs from the start and banishing the kids upstairs alone?

What are you actually going to do with over 28m² of storage space in the garden? Do you have a boat or something?

That is the cellar replacement room. I fear that even with 28m² it will fill up quite quickly. (Lawn mower, bicycles, car tires, tools, workbench, patio furniture, ...)

The room on the ground floor is intended to be used as long as there are children in the house, so as long as a lot of space is needed in the wardrobe.
