I meant that instead of the top 2 steps, maybe staying horizontal for about 30cm (+/-) and only then leading the steps down (which would then create room height in the floor below)
But I really have zero idea, so it might simply not be possible...

No, sorry, . I use Virtual Architecture House Designer Professional 4.01 .. it cost about 99 euros around 8 to 9 years ago (I've been using it that long). It used to be EU software, now it seems to have been integrated into the Arcadia products.
