I don't even remotely understand why one should do that? Why throw away the 3000kWh? Then at least the small business regulation for minimal administrative effort?
so we are already below 7 cents feed-in tariff, which will now gradually decrease further. 3000 kWh would mean an annual income of 210 euros. What am I supposed to do with that? I'd rather use it to heat my pool. At least then I get something out of it.
You are not supposed to feed in everything. Only what you would otherwise curtail. A small, self-built system does pay off just through self-consumption, you are right about that. But that doesn’t mean you have to throw away excess electricity.

By not feeding in, he merely means that all the produced electricity is consumed by himself. With the small system he has with storage, he will never be in a situation to waste green electricity… The best way to make photovoltaics profitable is self-consumption! A DIY power storage system costs significantly less than a ready-made one, then even storage becomes interesting.

In summer, you can probably generate >50kWh even with such a small system on sunny days. If the electric car isn’t fully depleted and ready to use, I would be surprised if you can consume it all yourself.
