Thank you very much! A few invoices are still missing, but we will end up at about €3000-3100 per sqm. From my point of view for a fairly high standard (solid construction with Liapor, ground floor completely tiled, underfloor heating in the finished basement, photovoltaic system with storage, probe drilling for geothermal energy, kitchen of high quality, 3 bathrooms, etc. But no luxury finishes.) IPTV annoys me a lot. I’m glad when it’s behind me again, despite fiber optic. There are too many dropouts for me. Also, the delay is too high, especially with sports. By the time you have seen something, you have already received 5 messages. The dish is better!

I have the current floor plan elsewhere, feel free to send me a private message. Yes, we increased the budget. The biggest change was adding the basement. As a result, it is now about 275 sqm because we fully finished the basement as well. Ceiling height 2.40 m, underfloor heating, tiles/parquet like on the other floors. In addition, we have already implemented probe drilling for geothermal energy and a photovoltaic system. The earthworks were of course much more expensive because of the basement. The interior plaster was much more than expected, as we assumed fewer steps with the fairly smooth Liapor walls. However, most costs are rather due to the increased area and various additional requests.

Found on Instagram under: Stadtlandvilla There are also many photos from the construction period. The final floor plans have been posted. We only left out the storage room in the basement and did not install a drywall there. The windows provide enough light and we liked the large room.
