Despite several rounds of optimization, I see no real improvements/progress. Still "living squeeze corner" and "eating in the hallway." There have already been significantly better suggestions from the participants here.

But definitely not 6 sqm of window frontage facing south for a small 10 sqm room. The room would have warmed up after just an hour of winter sun with only 1 sqm of window so much that you would be reluctant to work there because the house is heated and you don’t need a heat source. In summer or from May onwards, you won’t be able to get the heat out of the room at all… it will become a curse room. But those who won’t listen...

Hello to the community,
hereby once again many thanks for the inspiration. We have further optimized the planning and adapted the house even more to our wishes.
Instead of a slab foundation, now with a basement!
The house is almost finished.

Congratulations. So, what did it cost now? The garden etc. is still missing. I don’t understand why anyone would screw such an ugly dish onto the roof. You can get everything via IPtv anyway…

Hi,

off topic:

But only as long as you are lucky enough to have a stable internet connection. And unfortunately, that is rather the exception in Germany. Here (greater Nuremberg area) we still don’t have fiber optic and due to the completely overloaded copper infrastructure we have network outages every day. In the evenings, sometimes every hour.
Pretty annoying…

Best regards,

Andreas

Well, that's not so extraordinary in Germany anymore. And there is also Starlink. Internet is more important than TV nowadays.
