we also had the choice between large or regional providers (B/Brandenburg). The regional one built for us, with Liaplan. We were not just a number, but an important project for the little one, you could feel that everywhere. Our independent building consultant just said in the end that we have a very good house in terms of execution.

Thank you very much for your comment.
That is also my, perhaps somewhat romantic, idea of building a house. That would be my ideal solution and I believe the final product could correspond to your experience report in our case.
The decision between a regional, small provider without fixed price commitment versus a large provider with an apparently very cheap offer with fixed price is really difficult for me.
I see it positively and believe that both options are good choices. I will report to you in the next few days how we decided. Everything is still open...

We also built with a regional provider, although he was significantly more expensive than one of the nationwide operators. However, we then only had regional craftsmen on the construction site who were always approachable. The company owner was always reachable by phone and responded to emails on the same day. The co-owner of the company was an architect and was almost daily on the construction site as the site manager. In the end, the company owner was so proud of his work, which was built according to our specifications, that he included our house in his portfolio and advertised it on his homepage. Immediately after completion, he ordered someone with a drone, who took pictures with our consent. One of these then adorned the pocket calendar, which was sent as a promotional item by the provider for the following year. In my opinion, it is especially worth staying regional when building a house.

We also noticed this positively, only regional companies, plumbing, heating, electrical, roofer, carpenter and we could talk and ask each one

You have so much money (household income) and property and then want to save on something like this? I would rather build smaller but with higher quality. An internal air-to-water heat pump can be very disturbing inside the house, keyword vibrations. It depends on how it is naturally installed. But with a discount store, I would rather not assume that they put a lot of experience into it.

Thanks for the tip!
In the development area, indoor air-water heat pumps are unfortunately mandatory.
We now want to decide on the first regional provider. My wife definitely wants a house made of stone and with the recent posts here about regional providers, we fully agree. Specialist companies from the region usually deliver very good results and are probably also better reachable for inquiries.

Regarding your point:
With solid construction using Liapor in a monolithic form, the indoor air-water heat pump should work out, right?
Next to the utility room are the WC and kitchen. Above the utility room on the upper floor is the bathroom.

I also found the noise of indoor heat pumps disturbing in show homes. But even in the timber-frame houses, it was inconspicuous with the door closed. However, you also don’t sit quietly for hours in the neighboring room there.

Do you also see a problem with noise and vibrations with the Liapor walls?

Oberhessengas offers geothermal heat pumps for the new development area without an acquisition cost via monthly installments. Would that be an alternative? Or even consider the additional costs of a geothermal heat pump despite the current prices for earthworks?
Does it even produce less noise in the utility room?
