It was "commissioned" and reported operational in January, and I am still waiting for the installation of the bi-directional meter + generation meter. However, I expect a self-sufficiency rate of 50% and up. That is quite high for the average consumer, but two households are connected to the photovoltaic system here. In both households, the women are sometimes at home all day, sometimes from 2 p.m. That means I can basically schedule every laundry load, every dryer load, and every dishwasher load during the sunny hours. Additionally, I sometimes run a dehumidifier in the basement in summer, which I can of course also set on a timer to run during sunny hours, and in one household no electricity is needed for cooking during the heating period because there is a wood stove. For all these reasons, I assume that we will achieve a self-sufficiency rate of >50% even without storage.
