Construction financing without equity as an option?

That's why I'm asking about the location, guys. It's a difference whether the thing is rural (where plots don't cost 700k, sorry I think that's a rumor ;) ) or urban (I'd do it immediately there, but the location is worth more). You can buy a plot for 100k and build a nice house for 620k, just the way you want.
