Construction financing without equity as an option?

Where do you get the idea that I know someone who knows someone, etc.? It may vary regionally, but here it is actually as described. And I know that by chance, since my husband had a series of corresponding job offers after moving here. The salary was always in that range. So this is no "hearsay." A friend of ours is also a head of a nursing home.... So you are not the only one here with insights into the profession

I know two certified geriatric nurses, one intensive care nurse, and one pediatric nurse. All are seriously considering quitting, or the pediatric nurse will soon start working in a daycare with integration groups for less pay. All are repeatedly on sick leave for weeks, all had COVID, and none of them would recommend the profession to their own children.

I know two who said that Poles steal and I know two who say that the real estate market is a tough job. And another two....You notice something? :cool:

PpUGV and PPSG are nationwide regulations. There are no state-specific adaptations. They came into effect in 2020. And if the hospital/nursing home does not pay at least TVöD salaries to skilled workers, then workers will leave. Care workers can now choose their workplace. I would worry least about them at the moment, as the government (Federal Ministry of Health; Mr. Spahn) has put a stop to that. The only challenge currently is to recruit enough skilled nursing staff, as many either quit their job or no new ones are coming due to working conditions before 2020.

Why am I getting upset about the so-called experts? Because there are people here who think that just because they know someone, they have knowledge of the industry. It's like me telling an experienced bricklayer how to lay bricks, even though I've never done it myself. A buddy told me... :cool:

It may be that theoretically it should be different, but I have seen the Jonas to whom my husband had job offers... 18€ per hour was the maximum there... Believe it or not. And by the way... If from now on everyone is only allowed to talk about what they have actually done themselves (so apparently not even the closest family member counts as a source or things you had in mind without being the directly affected person yourself), then it would immediately become pretty quiet here... also from you.
