PpUGV and PPSG are nationwide regulations. There are no state-specific adaptations. They have been in effect since 2020. And if the hospital/nursing home does not pay at least TVöD salaries to skilled workers, then workers will leave. Nurses can now choose their workplace. I would worry least about them at the moment, as the government (Federal Ministry of Health; Mr. Spahn) has put a stop to that. The only challenge currently is recruiting enough skilled nurses, as many either quit their jobs due to working conditions before 2020 or/and no new ones are coming in.

Why am I annoyed about the so-called experts? Because there are people here who think that by knowing someone, they have expertise in the industry. It’s like me telling an experienced bricklayer how to lay bricks, even though I have never done it myself. A buddy told me...

I know two who said that Poles steal and know two who say that the real estate market is a difficult profession. And another two....You notice something?

yes, that you like to be right and think you really know everything and thereby take away the right from others to portray them as stupid. but you don’t even understand what it was about. Have a nice evening, I’m going to the beer garden now.

It may be that theoretically it should be different, but I have seen the Jonas to whom my husband had job offers... €18 per hour was the maximum... Believe it or not. And by the way... if now here everyone is only allowed to talk about what they have actually done themselves (apparently not even the closest family member counts as a source or things you have observed without being the directly affected person), it would immediately become quite quiet here... including from you.

How many threads is this now where you celebrate your all-encompassing knowledge and your universally valid moral views in endless repetitions? I’m starting to find it not only exhausting but also really unpleasant. People and opinions are diverse. Can’t you just tolerate that?

It's not about nobody being allowed to say anything. It's about believing the people who deal with it every day and present facts, and not just believing hearsay. It irritates me because it reminds me of the Corona pandemic and the anti-vaxxers who don't accept facts. For example, they know someone who maybe felt bad due to a vaccination, but no one who had Corona or a severe course of Corona, and then they generalize everything. What’s the point of doctors studying, lawyers, or nurses training if we are all experts without education
