The investment costs for the central system including heat recovery amount – for new buildings – to 6500 to 10,000 euros.

But all of that won't help you if the costs for YOUR project end up being higher... you will only truly know when you obtain concrete figures/offers for your wishes. (for us, I believe around 15,000 was also budgeted for a ventilation system)

Small estimate. We paid 430k for our build, of which 123k was land. That makes about 307k for the house and all ancillary costs and garage with carport.

What is included?
Bungalow with 160 sqm - kfw70, no basement, the roof caused an extra charge of 7k
Air-to-water heat pump with ventilation system
just under 100 power outlets
about 20 network outlets
5 satellite connections and dish
tiles in bathroom, guest WC and hallway (25 € per sqm was included in the construction service description)
electric shutters
smarthome (homeatic) in a slim version (lights, shutters)
garage 3x7m
carport 3x6m
paving stones for about 100 sqm
wastewater pump with lifting station
25k earthworks (rather unusual, but necessary for us due to poor soil conditions)

Do not underestimate the costs incurred besides the construction for a house. Connection costs can hit hard.

Wow. Sounds good. When did you build?
You are an outlier downwards here.

About 1600 Euros per sqm.
However, only because of the many personal contributions (about 3000 hours).

Sanitary, heating, controlled residential ventilation, electrical, roof+floor insulation, vapor barrier, drywall, wallpapers, painting all done in-house.

Without personal contributions, we would be at 1900-2000 per sqm.

I refer once again to #16, which relates to Katalog/Lockangebote. Do not make the mistake of equating the price for which the RH is offered with the total cost.
