Be careful with internet research and nationwide statistics. What use is the price in Uckermark if you want to build at Lake Constance. Internet information is extremely general and especially old. What was valid 2 or even 5 years ago is no longer directly transferable due to the construction boom.

Find out what is not yet included in the offer - e.g. medical expenses, foundations, electrical supply lines, drainage, extra charge for side entrance door (the nice one please) and so on and so forth.
This industry is characterized by “starting from” prices. When you get into the topic you see the publicly available information and think “oh, it’s not so bad after all.” You learn.
