If I build so tall, I wouldn’t want this staircase, it is unpleasant to walk on, you can’t even run down quickly because the milk is boiling over or a child is screaming wildly on the other floor. Also not easy for children to walk on. My choice would be a staircase with a landing.

Well, I can only agree with and would see the bathroom as just one of many points where the planning promises size but not spaciousness. For the house size, there are clearly too many compromises planned, and the staircase is just one of many.

Once the house design is set, I would include the stair area along with the wardrobe to create a small cloakroom. I had imagined the staircase to be somewhat more dominant for the size of the house. There is no 50 cm depth for kitchen tall cabinets. I don't understand why 65-70 cm is not planned there. The island adapts to the stairs here ;) ... I would also enlarge that. The chimney stacks unattractively in the wrong roof position. I would simply relocate the chimney, namely behind the room door, so that it sits behind the door in Child 1 and has a better place in the roof as well. I would probably change the front door. I don’t like the bathroom. Although the bathtub is exactly opposite the washbasins (but they should probably be shifted a bit to the right side of the plan?!), it competes with this strange shower. Can someone please explain the shower to me? According to the drawing, it would have to be fitted with a glass door and then constantly wiped dry, wouldn’t it?

Thank you for the notes. Regarding the staircase, our specification was at least 1m stair width (currently we have 90cm), which then determines the dimensions of the stairwell. I would have considered that sufficient. We do not like a landing staircase (nor a straight staircase) purely for aesthetic reasons. The niches in the kitchen are already on the adjustment list (65cm including 5cm clearance). The kitchen island will of course ultimately be proportional to the kitchen. We are still having difficulties with the bathroom upstairs (see a few pages earlier). Our prerequisites here are that sauna, bidet, and a very large shower must have space. In any case, the door hinge will be changed. I would be very grateful for further ideas (also radical ones).

The fireplace and thus the chimney will remain there, as the fireplace is the focal point when entering the living room and also covers all areas. Many would like it exclusively in the pure couch area. We find it suitable there considering the time spent, for example, in the kitchen.

Oh yes, the front door will of course be different. We have not yet had a sample appointment.

P.S. Building freedom has already been established on the property and offers space for the occasional campfire

Sufficient is sufficient. Visually, sufficient would never be enough for me! Yes, you can see that. Explain the shower to me! Maybe it will help you see more clearly. No! I’m talking about the exterior appearance.

Tip: Pay attention not only to the depth but also to the width. The typical kitchen cabinet is 60 cm wide, so a niche should be, for example, 240 + x cm wide. x is the thickness of the plaster to be applied as well as any air (fitting strips), typically around 8 cm extra on the pure cabinet dimensions in the shell construction.
