Passage from the kitchen to the utility room is sensible and very practical! It also keeps things slim, as the passage width is limited to 60cm.

In the living room there would be too many windows/terrace doors for me. I would only make a corner window here, so you gain more space for sideboards or pictures.

With a fireplace, I would rearrange the sofa. Otherwise, you can't see the focal point from the living room, and the sofa just gets very warm.

I would omit the patio door and the window in the living room and, as mentioned, plan a corner window. I would also place the couch towards the bottom of the plan to give the room more openness and—as rightly says—gain more distance from the fireplace while keeping it in view.

Thank you for the idea. We basically have the conflicting goal of fitting all the furniture in while still having a lot of window area. That's why I planned the window in the living room as a 3m panoramic version above the sideboard. At first glance, that could work visually.

For me, that would be way too much window area. I also find it uncomfortable to sit on the sofa in front of a glass surface. Think about the hot summers and the shading. Do you already know which fireplace you want? You should keep at least 1 meter distance from the combustion chamber.
