Hello, the last three months have been a battle for the plot of land, which now finally belongs to us. :) Almost 1,600 sqm in a single-family house residential area downtown, 300m from the bathing lake. We had the plot cleared. 3 outbuildings partially basemented were demolished => 22 containers of mixed debris + 5 containers of green waste. The surveyor has also already been there and created the site plan. At the same time, we signed the construction contract and are in the middle of the final planning. Not much has changed. If we don’t have any significant change requests by next week, the building application will be submitted at the beginning of the year.

The bathroom has far too little storage space for 4 people. Where are toothbrushes, hairbrushes, etc. supposed to be stored? There is no room for towel racks to the left and right of the washbasin.
