From my point of view, the OP clearly said:
a) this is what he wants: our two cents on this floor plan.
b) this is what he does not want: to reopen the placement of the house within the building plot.
If I remember correctly, this aspect was already examined and questioned extensively in the previous thread linked by me; therefore, it seems a legitimate wish to me not to turn this thread into a "retrial process," but rather to use the site plan purely as background information and to discuss only the "internal" room arrangement on this basis.
The further remark "if the word 'if' did not exist, the house would stand even better differently" is objectively justified but was already formally considered "at the previous instance" and can probably be regarded by the OP as "fully treated." So let us focus on the requested floor plan critique.
Mine is correspondingly brief: overall, I find the design okay; personally, the building mass has a bit too much symmetry for my taste.
Hello 11Ant, Thank you for the clarifying words and for your clear assessment of our building planning. We are aware that we will not build a new design classic here. It should be simple, straightforward, and extremely cost-saving. The design would certainly benefit from 5-10 sqm more floor area, but the development plan does not allow more. We have invested most of our capital in the location, i.e., the plot, so only a small budget remains for the house construction. That was our decision.
