The space between the house and the garage can be gladly considered. For cost reasons, I would only connect a 3 m garage and a 4 m carport directly to the house with access to the garden. 180 m2 * 2500 = 450,000 euros plus garage + outdoor area, etc., about 500k is then the minimum. LK Cham doesn't sound extremely expensive at least. Is the plot fully developed?

phew, 2,500€ per sqm is already steep.. we probably thought a bit too tight.
The plot is fully developed and also surveyed.

Cham shouldn't be so expensive. Listen around. Small regional ones often have a reasonable price-performance ratio. Also take Muskelhypothek. You are probably the first in your circle of friends. Rely heavily on your own effort. Look around to see what kinds of craftsmen are available.

In four years here, I have not seen a plot within the size range of these buildings that was truly perfectly level in terms of water - on the other hand, I have seen dozens of times height differences between the lower street and the upper street of half a story, which were regarded by the homebuilders as almost non-existent.
