Those are two different things: there is a parcel number for each plot of land, after division one for each part; each condominium has its own land register sheet, regardless of whether it is in the form of a flat in a multi-storey building or a terraced house. Real surveying here only means that the garden and parking spaces are directly assigned to the residential unit (as opposed to the green areas around the entire complex and the private access road). You can also purchase an underground parking space specifically (i.e. not "one" but "number 37" - a right to install a charging station there does not follow from this. So far, I do not read anything here that clearly points to a genuine "classic terraced house" instead of the concept coming into vogue in several places like "Deutsche Reihenhaus" & co with vertical condominiums.I have never heard of dividing plots that small and creating a land registry entry for that.
