The question is also which location I prefer! One person pays more for the 350 m² plot in the city center of a large city than for the house on it and is happy about the central location and being able to walk everywhere, while another prefers to live a few kilometers out of the city in the countryside. It is then said in general that the city is a prime location (possibly for selling it later) and 20 km outside at the edge of the forest is a simple location or already dubbed as the middle of nowhere by some. So everyone has to decide what they want, and that is why I wrote "FOR ME" a mid-terrace house would not be an option, as it would be too tight for me, and I would rather appreciate the advantages of a condominium then.

I would not base the evaluation of the location on whether it is central or rural. Of course, that is an important matter of taste that everyone must decide for themselves. But there are clearly both good and bad neighborhoods in the city center as well as outside. I do not want to live in the bad ones either in the city or outside. In the good ones, yes.

My wife only wants to live centrally, so I am forced to find good and central locations.
