It is a bit more expensive, but you are among your own, and I know, every second person there is just as stupid as I am..... The doctors, Westerland.[emoji3]
The narrower the horizon, the clearer the standpoint.
There is always someone for whom the situation fits....once there was one here, called knalli, who deliberately wanted the butt of the world, because he wanted a lot of land for his Galloways. Another wants the farmhouse in East Frisia to grow vegetables there and otherwise produce his music, yet another needs the city because of constantly being on the job, I, for example, never wanted the outskirts of Hamburg, but close to the beach and harbor. You write that there is now a prospect of a plot of land after all? For me, a terraced house would not be an option, not even an end-terraced house. Then it's better to move into a condominium...
Hiho! More than a year ago we had contacted communities about building plots. But nothing came back. By chance, we then saw the mid-terraced house. The location is top, we would probably need only one car. Then Burgdorf wrote to us that we can get a building plot there. The location there is okay, we would need a second car.
You asked what we want. A single-family house was actually the first choice. A small garden, not too far off the beaten track (so not half an hour by bus to school or something). The mid-terraced house then came into consideration because the location is good, 5 rooms as desired and the layout is also good. As already written in the first post, we are still comparing. A big question mark still hangs over the costs for the single-family house.
