You don't have to try to argue against everything if you can't understand something.

It is what it is! And when you visit Immonet and the like again, you will see the net prices.

I think that’s enough off-topic has been said on this subject.

Brief regards

The same developer built terraced houses and condominiums on the same site with the same specifications. Both with fully basement as a white tank. Excluding the land, the houses cost 2900 euros per sqm and the condominiums about 3500.

It is a bit more expensive, but you are among your own, and I know, every second person there is as stupid as I am..... The doctors, Westerland.[emoji3]

What does not being able to understand mean? I can’t compare an apartment right by the English Garden in Munich with a house in Bavaria and then generalize that apartments are more expensive than a house...

But that's how it is. Besides a few factual reasons, they can really go all out there because the older person with the CampDavid shirt and his Lore with leopard leggings just take it.

I will not look elsewhere geographically here, but in my own new development area, and the offer from Immonet is not significantly further away either, it is in my town.

Best regards in short
