The idea is not bad. I would do without this second hallway: one could reach the bedroom and bathroom with a centrally located dressing room. Since nothing is fixed, the rest is still adjustable.

It seems that the newcomers are developing the bad habit of letting themselves be spoiled by Katja's PDF conversion service :-(

Or to the structural engineer – which is basically sensible in terms of dimensioning and graphical representation. In your mind, however, you should still deduct the walls, both regarding areas and passage dimensions. Roughly and generally, interior walls with 20 cm and exterior walls double that, then you calculate suitably "for household use."

What does Scanhaus Marlow Marlow say about the topic of changing the floor plan? To my knowledge, they charge a lot for every window, every shift of a wall. A change to the exterior walls is not possible. Or is it possible now?

I don't see anything adjusted, except that the desks have been rearranged. Hard to tell if 2mm have been added somewhere. OT: The program looks a lot like Architect 3D to me. Try selecting the manual dimensioning at the top left and enter the distances between the narrow points. And since we're at it, let's go to the 3D view and walk through the bathroom. How does it feel there? Just cramped and oppressive, right? I would remove the T. Preferably a nice corner bathtub etc. Similar with the laundry room. If the technology is to go in there, I consider 6m² lifelong torture. Best not to upload pictures as PDFs, as only a few can read those. JPG or PNG are preferable.

We are also currently planning with Scanhaus Marlow Marlow and a change to the exterior walls is not possible. We are still considering having an additional window installed in the kitchen and I am curious about the extra cost. However, we have not yet had the construction meeting with the architect. If it’s too expensive, I think we can do well without the extra window.

I find this slanted wall between the bathroom and the office unnecessary, no, downright impractical. Especially with the rearranged desks: Wall straight, then you have more space in the bathroom. The filing cabinet against the wall to the WC, move the door slightly more to the left, then there's enough space for a filing cabinet along the entire wall.

Can someone please explain to me what function the two rooms on the right side of the plan are supposed to have? One is technical, I think I can tell, but what is the other room? Guest room with two beds??? Or storage? That would be necessary.

Also, I would add a door in front of the private area, then you could do without the sliding door between the dressing room and the bedroom (because you can sneak naked from the bedroom to the bathroom unnoticed) and gain an extra meter of wardrobe space. Possibly one could also consider swapping the bedroom and dressing room; this would certainly be advantageous for the noise situation in the bedroom. Or put the bedroom where the bathroom is (unfortunately no north arrow visible), and the bathroom to the south. Personally, I would prefer that if the bathroom is flooded with light instead of the bedroom.

Overall, I find the private area clearly in need of optimization.

But first, this awful slanted wall has to go, which unnecessarily reduces the bathroom size and also doesn't generate any added value in the office.
