At the head of the bed in the bedroom, the passage would be too narrow for me. Effectively, only about 55 cm remain. The wardrobe distance in the dressing room is also quite small.
Is the dining table really supposed to stand where it is currently marked?
I like it. However, I don’t see any cardinal direction. I would add a bit more to the dressing room and shave off from the bathroom or enlarge the house. About 20 cm should be enough. The utility room is clearly too small. Does this thing have to be in the kitchen? What is that? An elevator to hell?
I would plan the kitchen in a U shape and cancel the recess in the utility room. A SbS can also go against a straight wall – probably even integrated into the kitchen unit. This way, you stay flexible with the furnishings and keep the important space in the utility room.
