Sounds logical, unfortunately we still need to integrate a study into the private area and would therefore have to go through the dressing room to get to the office, which is simply impractical.

That's why I say: have another design planned. Bungalows can be different from these L-shaped corridors as well.

I agree .. different draft ... but now a detailed site plan with measurements and access options would be relevant.

I also think more can be achieved there ... and why does the office have to be in the private area?

Aha. And where is the terrace? Is it by the bedroom, in front of the bay window, or between the bay window and the living room?

And is there still an "official" area? I'm confused: the place isn't that big that any part of it wouldn't be private...
and I notice that many questions have been asked to you that are still unanswered.
What are those rooms on the lower right side of the plan?
Is the corner room supposed to be the HVAC room? Then it is too small. Too narrow. far too small! If that’s where the washing machine and dryer are supposed to be, you can’t load them.
Storage space for the vacuum, cleaning supplies, drinks, and trash is completely missing.

The guest room? With 2 beds? is also quite uninspired.
2.20 meters in the dressing room would be too narrow for me (not that I’m fat or anything )
For that, the living area, the open room, is too much like a hall: from the sofa you look directly into the kitchen, that could be arranged more cleverly. The space required in the other rooms is too much and unnecessary here, even if it should be generous. The latter can be done differently too.

I would rather call it an "open roof soffit" anyway. Presumably, they understood it no more than I did – why is it wished for over about 60% of the dining room? What is the purpose of it there (with a gable and glazed I would have understood it)? – nevertheless: how did they explain why it can’t be done that way?

I also do not understand that. Is it a tax declaration room, do you correct Latin papers there, or do you advise clients? – in the latter case, I would place it "minimally invasively" (= near the entrance).

Now I understand the airspace thing. In the view, those are windows and not a solar system?
What type of heating system are you building with? Can you do without solar?
We had a thread last week about the southern roof windows, the OP asked about thermal protection. That’s not so easy with southern roof windows because it’s hard to get the heat out of the house again.
We ourselves have the living room open upwards and a nice window under the gable. That’s enough for lighting and effect. In summer, you have to be able to close the south side. It quickly gets 27 degrees inside the house.
