I can understand that with different land prices, a bit of dissatisfaction might arise with such planning.
My dissatisfaction is partly based on the fact that with 1.5 stories you could easily realize all your wishes on significantly less floor space and even save money, which invested in higher-quality fittings creates more quality of life than the bungalow style. Of course, this is just my personal opinion, so I generally recommend enjoying any floor plan critiques with "sufficient distance," "objectivity," and "emotionlessness." An elephant sometimes stomps around thoughtlessly in a china shop. Even if he is factually right, something occasionally gets broken here and there.
Anyway, on the topic: an open space with a kitchen island, large dining table, and fireplace needs its space. In the 1.5-story house, you would have half to two-thirds of the ground floor available for this and thus generally somewhat more space than in a bungalow of the same size. Or better yet: with the same budget, maybe 160 sqm are possible, which you might find very useful.
Suggestion: put your bungalow floor plan aside: an alternative 1.5-story plan, get quotes for both buildings and then compare. I believe the single-story will then have a very hard time holding up.
I just don’t want you one day to hit your head on the fold-down attic ladder of the single-story: see the huge, unused space under the roof and regret it because downstairs everything is quite cramped.
