Apart from the fact that I perhaps consider the pantry here rather unnecessary, you should also think about how to get the bicycles into the garage storage room past the cars.

And, I assume that the plan is oriented to the north, I think this planning takes the sun away from the rooms, especially in winter.

The statutes state that outbuildings may only be 15 sqm. Or am I missing something if you want to build almost 50 sqm?

The heat pump goes close to the outdoor unit, with the hot water storage tank next to it. The electrical components are more centralized inside.
If laundry is done there, a window is missing.
Ventilation outlets would make sense around the corner here. Otherwise, it’s one meter or 1.5 meters (from my experience).

Yes, that is certainly due to the desire for a mainstream standard kitchen - long island, then tall cabinets at the back and the hidden narrow access à la Instagram. The row just hasn’t been adjusted yet.


There is no real planning visible there yet.

You might be right there. A nice southeast window is missing.


This does not apply to parking spaces, carports or garages, but rather garden sheds or animal enclosures and other (unimportant) things.

Ventilation outlets: at Google, generous minimum distances are mentioned: sometimes 2 meters, sometimes 3 meters. I think we only have 2 meters

In my opinion, you can build like that. But I wouldn't like it.



There is the bay window in the building plot.
