Yes, if the exit is allowed in the curve. I have not seen any restrictions in the development plan.

Then we will probably go with this option and swap the utility/technical room with the office, so that we have a side entrance by the carport:

Hello,

is the outbuilding built with masonry and roofed in the style of the main building? This could lead to problems, as the extension might then be considered part of the main building and therefore would have to lie within the building boundaries. The assessment certainly depends heavily on the person handling it at the building authority.

I would not take the risk and probably would not include the storage shed in the approval planning at all and instead build it afterwards as a wooden garden house.

Thanks for the input, then we'd rather not take any risks and leave it out of the approval! We will surely find a suitable storage shed made of wood or metal that we can build afterward.
