The 1.1 m is not much but should be taken into account.

Thank you for your suggestions and feedback! We would like to have a SO window and would also avoid the pantry in that spot, but currently we don’t know any better how this can be done in compliance with the development plan. For that, we need your help. The planning you see here was created by an architect for a lot of money and could now still be a mess; we should have just asked here right away.. As far as building technology is concerned, that makes total sense and we will have to revise the plan accordingly, but it should be doable.

We are keeping an eye on the slope, of course that also plays a role. We would like to implement your second drawn variant as is, but the garage is not allowed to be placed directly on the street side, right? The development plan states under Paragraph 4, Section 1:
"In the areas designated as 'Area for Garages and Carports,' garages and carports may be built along public traffic areas. Otherwise, they must maintain a minimum distance of 3.0 m from the street boundary line."

Unfortunately, I’m not allowed to post links here, but the PDF plan drawing for the development area and the justification can be found in the Bayernatlas by entering "Dorschhausen Kreuzbreiten" and then scrolling further to the new construction section. The "Ordinance on the Construction and Design of Underground Garages, Garages, Motor Vehicle Parking Spaces and Bicycle Parking Facilities Bad Wörishofen" can be found as a PDF by entering exactly that in Google.

In another forum where I asked the same question, someone wrote that the garage is not allowed at all outside the building window. That is really confusing us now! The justification was: "No, since it is mostly planned outside the building window, no area for garages is designated for your property and the general approval of buildings outside the building boundaries only applies to ancillary facilities according to § 14 of the Land Use Ordinance. You can file an exemption application according to § 31 of the Building Code or apply for approval according to § 23 para. 5 sentence 2 of the Land Use Ordinance, but I see little chance of success because the justification for the development plan explicitly states in section 8.4 for garages ‘within the building boundaries.’"

It was also claimed here that the bay window is not allowed to extend beyond the building window: "§ 23 para. 3 sentence 1 of the Land Use Ordinance.
If a building boundary is set, buildings and parts of buildings may not exceed it.".

So what is correct now? Thank you for your time, this is really helping us a lot!

as already said: Dimeto is a surveying technician and actually knows his stuff. I find his statement logical when I read the text from the development plan, however, he is not always right and I see a contradiction there. In this respect, I would ask the building authority the question on Monday if I were you. Floor plan discussions please in the corresponding subforum with a completed questionnaire. However, this would only make sense once you know whether the garage may be a boundary construction.

I looked up what Dimeto wrote. In my opinion, only the placement shown in the development plan makes sense. Or apply for a exemption. Or withdraw your claims. For example, a garage and a parking space. Or less garden in the S.

In case of emergency, we could also give up the idea of the double garage. Would this option work with a carport at the house within the building area and an uncovered parking space next to it? The distance from the carport to the street would be three meters. Then also an outbuilding with 15 square meters in the setback area, which should also work outside the building area.
