had terminated at the end of January, after a 60% price increase was announced to us in December. We can then forget about the 300€ refund because we consumed less than stated... Well, as is well known, you learn from mistakes.

In the middle of last year everything was still OK - with two contracts in the family we received the bonus at the end of the contract without complaint. Good that we switched again afterwards.

I got hit too. I switched gas and electricity at the beginning of December. For gas, I've only made one advance payment so far, but for electricity, I've already made two. The other way around would have been preferable, because now I'll have to make an additional payment for gas and I should actually get a refund for electricity, which I probably won't receive.

Can I actually refuse the additional payment for gas on the grounds that I would still get something back for electricity? Probably not, right? They are two separate contracts... :(

How glad I am to be with eon. This is quality electricity. Every time I turn on the light, I’m happy about the bright light. All the neighbors say it too, your lamps sparkle like the stars. And the microwave first, how it shoots the ravioli hot. zap. You pay a little extra for it, but you also get small Christmas presents....and as I said: quality electricity.

Listen! Up there in the North, you have that weird eco electricity anyway! We down here always get the dirty stuff. No wonder it’s always darker here with me. Almost like with diesel. I have the stinky electricity.
