If the municipality prohibits it, that doesn't help either. We also have WU concrete, but if one of the suppliers doesn't cooperate, it just doesn't help. Ultimately, it just has to be well sealed.

With us, multi-utility house connections were even mandatory.

So here I am again. Thanks for your responses. I did a bit more research. Now electricity, water, and telecommunications here have to comply with these requirements. So it will be a multi-utility house entry. I hope we can still use them, even though our water meter is on the other side of the utility room door.

I then checked the Technical Construction Description (Scope of Work) again. Only electricity is mentioned at all. "Execution is carried out according to VDE regulations and the technical connection conditions of the energy supply company (TAB)." It further states that the connection can be made outside or inside buildings. If inside buildings, then according to DIN 18012 gas- and watertight and, if necessary, pressure-water-tight. Now, of course, the general contractor can say that I can just leave the house connection pillar outside and the connection inside the building is my wish and therefore associated with additional costs. I tell you, it's all rubbish.

Regarding water and telecommunications, there is nothing mentioned in the Scope of Work.

We have a Quadro-Secura from Doyma. Nothing was specified for us and the general contractor informed us that the house penetration for the connections must be made by us. We then decided on a multi-utility system. Regarding coordination: This is not a problem at all, since the respective empty conduit and connections are available for each utility, each technician can pull through their connection one after the other and connect it inside the house (at least that was the case for us).

And how do you get from the connection box into the house? Don't you need a gas- and watertight conduit if you go through the masonry at, for example, a height of 1 meter?

We have now also decided on a multi-branch house entry. We took a Hauff, in series version. We got it at a good price. Our site manager has only had good experiences with it, just like with the Doyma.
