Who else should take action there? Write simultaneously to the insolvency administrator and the insolvency court, then you will be registered as a creditor and will receive mail with a deadline notice stating by when you must specify and register the claim.

However, I wouldn't bother for 150,-, with luck you might get 15 of that. If there were volume, it wouldn't be insolvency. And wages, social security contributions, etc. come first. Then the banks step in because their secured claims are quite high up, then suppliers, customers. It wouldn't be worth the effort for me. K.

Yep. There's nothing left to get. The private customer comes at the very end anyway, and tens of thousands have already lined up before you. You can forget about those euros.

Never sign up for prepayment tariffs. Yes, bonus tariffs are _always_ prepayment tariffs, as they demand excessive discounts and pay out bonuses in return. Why people still fall for that, TelDaFax sends its regards, is beyond me. Greed eats brain.
