There was no need to wait for the surveyor’s data at all. The development plan already reveals everything. For the draft planning, it certainly provides sufficiently accurate elevation data, even with a system section, including garage representation. How anyone can come up with the idea of an integrated garage in the house is beyond me.and finally the surveyor forwarded the data to our architect.
A competent architect can also read that from the development plan; it would have to be explicitly excluded there, which I consider highly unlikely.Clarify with the building authority whether the garage is allowed within the development window.
