it was the old thread which I did not link.
when awarding the contract to the architect, the granny flat was no longer mentioned, it only came about by chance.
actually, I had hoped for solution proposals here and I notice very little of that at the moment
summary:
sloping plot = earthworks and basement = more expensive - that was clear from the beginning.
that there can be problems - also clear, simple is boring
that due to building regulations or the conditions on site the construction project becomes so difficult to implement - was not clear
we had calculated like this:
living area approx. 200m² x 2,500,- house construction with basement approx. 500K euros including own work
100K euros for outdoor facilities and ancillary construction costs
75K euros plot
now we are already 100K over the limit and no end is in sight
there was the suggestion to plan smaller, when I compare the size ratio with those in house catalogs we are average.
