Take a closer look at the driveway: you won’t get far with a linear lift platform here, and the kinematics of a flight simulator are unfortunately in a different price league. Apart from that, such a thing would probably already be considered a structure here legally, would belong in the building area, and like a Ferris wheel, it would also need regular inspections by the TÜV.

... therefore the question remains: How did the architect ... or Zeichenknecht or whoever came up with the building application intend to solve the problem!

There are also automatic parking garages - their technology might also be suitable?

Thank you for the answers.

regarding architect: clueless
regarding exemption: we have also already thought about it, but we wanted to build using the accelerated procedure
regarding car lift: no thanks

today we finally received feedback from the local mayor, he said a garage is not at all planned in the BF as it would not be feasible. However, this is not stated in the building description.
His suggestion was to place the garage at the front, cover it with earth and thus create more garden space — whether something like that is feasible, no idea.

I also thought about placing the house as far to the left as possible and creating parking spaces in the front area, later possibly adding a carport-like roof.

Regards Anson

That was naive – because, simply put, that works for carefree plots suitable for slab-on-ground houses, but here we have an actually alpine plot, where not only Grandma needs reading glasses just to roughly understand the eaves height issue.

- Yes, this seems to be the case.

- We have already spoken with many prefabricated house providers and have partially planned with some; all received the complete available documents. 4-5 had also planned the house in such a way that a small height difference had to be overcome, but no one made the effort to read or search for the actual reference height from the construction plan/description.

We now have the following idea, as I have already described above.
A car lift is not at all up for discussion.

Best regards, Anson
