Your planning error is visible objectively, but no one writing to you here has to compare their house to yours or Kern’s house.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the others. The living space here is exactly the same as in some 180sqm houses. Much too convoluted and long distances. Even the bathroom alone would be much too small for me in 240sqm.

The specified sqm number may be large, but the actual usable space is much smaller.

The floor plan is not as bad as it is portrayed! It is definitely better than the boring standard houses with knee walls. Whether it originated from the basis of another floor plan is irrelevant since he did not mention it. When I look at most urban villas, they all look similar anyway. The floor plan often results from the orientation and the street. And so one thing leads to another.
