Basically without having read the preliminary contributions: If you build the basement as a full floor (definition of VG can be found in your state building code), you can "only" add 2 more floors on top. Suitable for a slope: hobby room and e.g. guest room as fully functional living space in the basement with access to the outdoors... or even the multipurpose room/ living room in the basement, it all depends on the property with its orientation and the slope.
Best regards in brief

I actually meant that the plot is filled up at the front, or excavated at the back, depending on what is suitable, in order to then build 3 floors on the slab. Maybe it's a bit clearer now what I meant.

I have very little regard for rapes on the property
I have even less regard for 3-story single-family houses that are taller than the widest side.

In all brevity, greetings

Honestly, I find such an inner-city type of development absolutely unbearable for the neighborhood and the aesthetics in a single-family house area. That is apartment building development. Can't you work with a single-story extension combined with a garage or something and keep it to two? Karsten

However, I also find that terrible, although our design is an exception due to the L-shape. Many houses there look just like you describe.

With the three-story construction and the small setback from the boundary, you can nicely watch the neighbors while they eat.

That still tells me nothing about the costs.

In this area, there is a design advisory board consisting of 3 architects who pay very close attention to how things should look.
