Acquisition of a vacant farmstead in the outer area

Our rooms actually all have a normal size. Except for the [Wohnscheune (Wohnen, Kochen & Essen)]. The most important room in the house is larger and therefore increases the overall area. It definitely doesn't feel too big yet.

Maybe, but with a fireplace, heat pump, and low-maintenance layout it might be doable. I spent three years planning until eventually everything somehow fit. :)

Will we be allowed to see the floor plan at some point? For example, we also want a large living barn, but I find it very difficult with my drawings to sensibly incorporate the garage, technology, etc., so that it still looks "homogeneous".
