In the end, we decided to buy because the existing protection or the right of residence had not yet expired. In addition, we reduced the size of the farm (which was not so bad with eleven buildings) and did not further expand into the outer area.

When choosing what later became our residential house, we were not entirely free. Originally we wanted to convert a barn into a house. That was not possible. We searched together with the building authority for months for an alternative and finally found a good solution. However, we like the H-shape.
