Hello everyone,
16 months have now passed and since I find it a pity if no one finds out how the story ended, here is my feedback to you:
At that time, I immediately approached the responsible building authority with your comments, explained our ideas, and left the administration with the statement that it would not be easy, but also not impossible, since the existing protection had not yet been lost from a registration law perspective. So we bought the farm and set everything humanly possible in motion to preserve the existing protection.
Today I am holding it in my hand – the preliminary building permit from the district – and I can hardly believe our luck. It leaves nothing to be desired, although one can by no means claim that we made compromises in planning our future home. The whole thing was developed in close cooperation with the (really not known to be lenient) building authority of the municipality and a planner experienced in outdoor areas.
I just want to show that things can turn out differently, and that sometimes it is worth fighting for your dreams and taking risks. We have now completely cleared the farm and will soon begin gutting and partial demolition. At the same time, we are already working on the building application, and if everything goes well, it will start next spring. The residential building will be a combination of old and new construction, an interesting mix of old and modern.
Thank you all the same for the constructive comments.
