The room is too small for 2 wardrobes. Make an L and put a chair in there where you can lay down the clothes. You also need space for sorting in: are you a string bean without arm joints?

The bed could, in an emergency, also be rotated by 90 degrees, then there would be enough space on all sides. However, the thing with the dressing room really makes me think, thanks for the hints.

With the L you could also just leave out the wall of the dressing room, then it immediately looks much bigger. Or is it better to separate after all?

For a purely clothing storage room, I don't see the need for a connection to the bedroom, and without a maid, less than 280 cm is sufficient if the users are not XXL.

I (or others, I haven't checked) have probably already suggested that before. If you leave out the wall, you don't have a dressing room. Just make yourself aware of what you want -> closet, wardrobe room, dressing room... and then decide... with your wife!

The idea of rotating the bed was also too good to be mine. Then we can also put a window on the left/west side again. Only the person sleeping on the left has the longer way to/from the bed.
