My remark about the 50000 for the base, foundation and concrete for the secondary things is serious: you build in order not to have to use such "flooding" outside an apartment anymore. This current situation may be optimal for you because otherwise you don't have the possibility inside, but it might still be a disadvantage when selling or... if nothing comes of the auxiliary facility quickly, because the money had to be spent on other things.
I’d say: just because someone never cooks but always uses the Thermomix, doesn’t mean they’ll give up the stove and oven.
That’s why I would plan enough storage space inside for the usual stuff... later you can then clutter up your carport [emoji12][emoji6] for workshop and garden tools, that’s actually optimal.
In a new building you also have to make compromises – if it has to be shorter, then so be it.
The money is at least invested more sustainably in a house than in a carport.
